Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your Christmas decorations are perfect for your holiday celebrations.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return/exchange request
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the items you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned items
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the item you’d like to exchange for in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
